Common Questions Our Clients Ask
- 01We work with small and medium sized businesses, with a turnover of more than £500k, based mainly in Wiltshire but also across the rest of the UK. Most of our clients are at a stage where they are looking for more financial analysis to help them make better informed decisions in their business.
- 02It helps, but it is not a requirement. We will work with what you already have. If your current setup is not giving us clean, reliable data to work from, we will let you know and suggest what might work better.
- 03Most clients are on a monthly retainer, which means regular reporting and check-ins throughout the year. We also do quarterly engagements and one-off project work where that is more appropriate. Regardless of the frequency, we aim to be as proactive as possible so that clients always feel well informed.
- 04Yes! We offer a free 30-minute discovery call before any engagement starts. It is a chance for both sides to ask questions and work out whether we are the right fit.
- 05Yes. We use secure, GDPR-compliant tools and treat all client data with strict confidentiality.
- 06No, we work with businesses across the UK. We like to meet clients face to face where possible, as we believe it builds a stronger working relationship. Where that is not possible, we work remotely and location is never an issue.
- 07It depends on the scope of work. We work on fixed monthly retainers for ongoing clients and fixed fee quotes for project work. We will give you a clear proposal before anything is agreed.
- 08We would need access to your existing accounts, bookkeeping records, recent profit and loss data and more. However, we will walk you through exactly what is required during our onboarding process.
